Jake came out the same day we requested service. He was knowledgeable, fixed the problem, and educated us on why our power was going out. He was very professional but also personable and easy to talk to. We are thrilled to have found a company that walks the talk - their website description is accurate!
We were so pleased with Risen that we requested additional work for things we had been wanting - and indoor ceiling fan, a garage outlet for shop light, and an exterior outlet. Mike and AJ returned and did fantastic work. They worked hard, were careful to clean up work areas, and most importantly, everything they installed looks and works beautifully. I found Risen Electric through an AI search. Funny how their name never popped up on regular search before.  I had them come out to install an outdoor outlet, and then over to our HOA to repair a broken light fixture on a pole. Will definitely use Risen for our HOA and for my home in the future.
